Intrapreneurship innovation for the learning organization
What is Intrapreneurship??
It is a phenomenon that empowers the employees
within an organization by valuing their ideas and converting them into a
profit-making model in the business
The employee as an intrapreneur has to create
in ventures through market gaps utilizing the organization’s resources cost-effectively. The organization would stand the associated risks and the loss if
the intrapreneur’s project failed but the intrapreneur must take only the
calculated risks

intrapreneurship but major few dimensions are taken here.

Innovativeness; the attempts to accept creativity, the novelty in
both product and process-wise. It is a vital component in intrapreneurship
that apply new ideas and procedures to produce value-added process or product
Proactiveness; It is concerned with pioneering. It deals
with initiating ideas as making an organization compete aggressively with other
competitive organizations
Taking of risks; It is the most important element of intrapreneurship
because no innovation would be taken place if the risk has to not taken and
managed properly.

The world around us together with the business
world constantly progressively gets complicated day after day in order to
survive in the market. In order to this survive, they have to adopt new
changes such as changing the nature of work, changing the way of seeing the world, etc.
which is simply the thing as an intrapreneur.
Intrapreneurship is not only for the product
but also could be for the process where the company can grow in many ways. As an example, Paul Buchheit, the creator of
the Gmail tool worked independently to built the first version of the tool
which brought a new application for Google

Conclusion
Learning organization is a continually
updating and learning unit which intrapreneurship could play a major role in
the growth of such organizations. The concept of learning organization and the
intrapreneurship create a mysteries blend in current competitive market.

Good article on intrapreneurship. Businesses grow bigger because of the employees acting like entrepreneurs within the established company. An employees innovative ideas becomes a new business within an organisation.

Interesting topic and I'm agreed with your conclusion. Organizational learning is a very important element used by entrepreneurial firms (Covin and Miles, 1999;Zahra et al., 1999), because it involves the acquisition or modification of business skills, knowledge, habits and attitudes. In fact, knowledge acquisition is crucial for intrapreneurship to be nurtured (Alipour et al., 2011a)

ReplyDeleteBefore you begin, it's important to clarify what intrapreneurship is and why it's such an important topic in conversation about business innovation. Intrapreneurship is defined as entrepreneurship within an existing business. It refers to new businesses or businesses created within a large or established organisation. The term was first used to refer to 'dream-makers' who take a pragmatic approach to following their vision and developing their ideas into innovations within a system.

ReplyDeleteIn this way established organizations try to utilize their internal resources and prepare an environment that is more conducive to radical innovation (Schaper & Volery, 2007). Current situation organizations have found the importance of intrapreneurship within organizations. The aim of intrapreneurship is to develop a new venture within organizations in order to exploit a new opportunity to promote economic value and organizational performance improvement.
